WHAT WE DO
Summit provides a structured, end-to-end Commissioning (Cx) service that enhances project delivery by verifying, validating, and documenting system performance against
the Owner’s Project Requirements and project specifications.
We plan and manage the commissioning process from concept design through construction, integrated systems testing, and handover. Our scope extends beyond component-level checks to include system integration, fault-tolerance testing, and operational scenario validation, ensuring all facility systems perform reliably under normal, degraded, and failure conditions.
In addition, we deliver comprehensive commissioning documentation, test evidence, and operational readiness support, including procedures, training, and knowledge transfer for facilities teams. Our commissioning approach reduces risk, eliminates latent defects, and provides owners with confidence that their data centre is resilient, maintainable, and ready for day-one operation.
